"TRAPSAFE" Safety Nets

We manufacture "TRAPSAFE" safety nets made from P.P. rope for all requirements in working at height.  These nets are made from ropes which conform to IS 5175:1992. Every net is designed to meet customer's  requirements and the nets are manufactured under our expert supervision. This is NOT a stock item.

V.I.P. Industries Jalgaon covered their entire roof of their Plant with the nets below the purlins, placing a bulk order on us for supply of 185 Nets. The general specifications of the safety nets are as follows :

* Safety Nets are made from P.P / H.D.P.E. ropes which conform to IS 5175:1992.
*  Mesh Size     : 4 " X 4".
* Temperature Resistivity 50O C.
* Inert to Acid and Alkaline fumes.
* Hands at 4 corners and intermediately at every 2.5 to 3 Mtrs. upto 1.5M long.

We need following information to design the net &  to enable us to send our quotation.
 
 a) Size of nets;
 b) Safe drop weight;
 c) Safe drop height;
 d) Conditions where it is to be tied; ( Temperature, wind pressure, fumes etc. )

We supply nets in following two types :

	Nets with fall height less than 0.6 Mtrs.	Nets with fall height greater than 0.6 Mtrs and less than 3 Mtrs.
